Born and raised in Metro Detroit, Linda LoCicero is passionate about making a difference in her community. With a strong background in psychology, counseling, and operations, her experience and expertise developed her leadership role in the staffing industry. For more than 15 years, Linda has been instrumental in helping define organizational cultures and finding the right people who “fit.”
It was through these roles that Linda had her first taste of the staffing industry and discovered her entrepreneurial calling. Linda is now a partner in The Staffing Company, an organization focused on helping employers find the right fit between employee and employer. More
Together Linda and her business partner, Judy Perry, help companies find employees who can make a seamless transition into their organization. The combination of the human element and the business strategy are intrinsic to The Staffing Company’s vision.
Over the years, Linda has become increasingly passionate about the re-growth and re-development of Metro Detroit and is a crusader for the shop local and support Michigan business concept. Seeking out locally owned and operated businesses is a past time for Linda and she loves making connections with people who she would otherwise not have met.
Linda lives with her son in her hometown of Farmington Hills. They love supporting their local community, participating in activities like visiting the Farmington Flea Market, Farmington Founders Festival and many others.

Judy Perry has been working with businesses of all types and sizes on a grassroots level for over seventeen years. She enjoys cultivating and then deeply developing relationships that provide partners with solutions to issues that are most relevant to the future of their businesses.
Judy is a partner in The Staffing Company, an organization that is committed to making the staffing experience a refreshing and affordable approach for employers in an economy that does not afford the luxury of having the wrong people in place, costing company’s time and money. Judy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design and Education from Michigan State University and is an extremely active member of various professional and business associations. Her passion has always been to make a significant difference in the lives of others through her work.
Judy and her husband, Benn, were raised in Michigan and their vocations took them to South Florida for a brief 14-years hiatus. However, their love for family, the people in Michigan in general, and the overwhelming desire to live in a climate that affords rebirth and renewal through its four seasons ultimately brought them back home to their metropolitan Detroit roots.

Owning a business and raising four children in Metro Detroit has kept Pamela Dennis grounded and in touch with the needs of the community. At the age of 33 she answered an entrepreneurial calling and co-founded a PEO.

Linda’s and Judy’s recruiting business model along with their contagious enthusiasm for the staffing industry have allowed a new take on an old concept to flourish.
