Our Philosophy

The Staffing Company was founded on knowing and understanding the culture and environment of our clients and finding an employee who will fit seamlessly in their new role. It’s not skill set matching, or key word searching, but it’s the art of figuring out the nuances of a company and matching those with someone which will allow them to hit the ground running.

Time is too precious in our current workday to be consumed with employees who just don’t fit with the overall goals of the company. Too many people are doing too many things and this is our way of helping out. We carefully screen, test, evaluate, and interview each candidate for a considerable length of time before ever presenting them to you. These are cases where the sums are definitely greater than the individual parts.

As a Michigan based business, we are committed to helping businesses capitalize on our available workforce and moving things forward.
